I am completely obsessed with the ring that Felicegals made for me! They updated me along the way to let me know where in the process they were at. The ring was shipped in a timely manner and the quality is beyond incredible. I can't get enough!

First off, I’ve never written a review before but with this company it definitely deserves it. The rings are all custom made which takes 3-4 weeks but it’s worth it. I emailed asking about when it will be shipped and within the day I got a response with an update on which stage the ring was at to be made. Very friendly support team, quick to respond which is always good. Thank you Abby for giving me updates!

Amazing customer service! They helped from the beginning of the process towards the end and even after the purchase with getting the ring resized! They helped me expedite the ring so I could have it in time for my vacation. Would recommend to anyone looking into any type of jewelry! Extremely nice and understanding team that will help you!

I had a ring some in that I ordered and I didn’t like the size of the stone, so I emailed them and they answered within an hour and helped me with the whole process. Now, I needed to change the color of the ring after already putting an order in, and they helped the whole way. They respond fast and help with anything and everything that is needed. Even though I caused a lot of trouble, they helped me the whole time. By far the best customer service I have ever received. Thank you!

My original engagement ring is from felicegals, I've had it for over two years now (and still get compliments on regularly) it's truly a stunning ring. So when it came time to order my wedding band I wanted to order it from felicegals. I emailed and spoke with Abby, she helped me figure out which band would look best with my current ring, took pictures to send to me for examples and even did some mock ups so I could visually see different band with my ring. I just received my wedding band in the mail today and it is GORGEOUS. I'm so impressed with the quality, the customer service, working with felicegals has been a great experience and I couldn't recommend them enough!
