My fiance had lost her original ring we had bought from felice gals. It was flawless and perfect! I contacted Abby and told her what happened, she immediately went to work to get me a ring even better than the original. And let me just say it’s even more beautiful than the first. We did go up a size in the stone. But the professionalism from the entire staff and the way they helped us through a tough time(losing the ring) was impeccable.

The ring I got for her was pretty good but when she is trying to buy one for me from this site she is ignored. Maybe she isn’t spending as much and they don’t care idk. I wish I would I would have bought from somewhere else

I am very happy with the ring I ordered from FeliceGals! They customized the band to my engagement ring and did an amazing job! I can't wait to be able to wear it every day after I get married It did take 3.5 months to arrive when online it says 3 to 5 week production time, so give yourself extra time if you are ordering from here/expecting customization. It was worth the wait. I'm just glad I ordered it early

The ring I ordered I wasn’t happy with the centre stone for my pregnancy present to myself but they came to a resolution to make me a new ring with a different centre stone as I wanted more of a vibrant green. They were very nice with handling my pregnancy hormones and frustration. Now I’m in the process of sending the old ring back and waiting for my new ring to come. I can’t wait for my ring to come and it will symbolise the birth of my baby! They have also said they will be there supporting me through the process which is very helpful and reassuring.
