FEATUREReviews of feature.com

My honest interaction with this store is not pleasant.i enter a raffle for a shoes , only reason why I was awarded the shoes because it brick. Shoes was sent to new york while address on my account was Pennsylvania, item was returned back to them via currier. They or now telling me if I need the item I have to pay additional shipping again for the item tobe send to the address that it was supposed to send to in the 1st place. This is the kinda fuckt up people we do business with.

I should have looked up all the terrible reviews this place has before I made the purchase. I would only recommend this shop to my enemies. Don't be fooled by their nice website. The company is terrible. The products might come used or the size won't fit and they won't allow you to make any returns but only "store credit."Oh also, one more thing, you will need to pay for the shipping. However, if you still want to make a purchase cause of the $$ or type of clothes they have, go ahead, I already warned you.

Should’ve read the reviews first! purchased two pairs of kicks from Feature.com both pairs were incorrect US sizes upon returning the items they reduced my refund for shipping fees. Upon using the bullsh*t gift card for another purchase. Again, incorrect size. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER everything is through email. Don’t waste your money

Honestly ordered my pair of sneakers from them last Tuesday paid for express to Australia...a week later it came! Truly an great smooth experience...was really happy as I knew there could be some sort of delay from the States due to Covid but nope non what so ever! Sneaker came in perfect condition absolutely thrilled ! I am glad I didn’t read any of the reviews before I went ahead and made the purchase, after reading it the reviews I was really stressed out but after scanning through it I had realised some of these feedback are actually made for the wrong store...seems like a lot of people are reviewing a women’s clothing store based in Asia not even a sneaker store!! Also some of the reviews are about the return policy or wanting to return stuff but I am not returning anything so I can’t give no feedback on that but my experience was super positive !

Fastest Delivery , I Will Definitely Buy from Feature Again. Thank you

Do Not Buy!! Bought two pair of waterproof trousers to find Chinese sizes are not the same as UK. Even offered to return the trousers to the UK address for a larger size at my expense but no way. For a £46 purchase I was offered £2 compensation!! They didn't state for a refund the item has to be returned to China!! Lost £46 and have two trousers that are useless. Buy British and at least you have rights!!!!!!

I was very nervous after I bought a comme de garcons cologne as an anniversary gift and then read these reviews. I was really scared I lost $150 BUT I got what I ordered much faster than their original promised time so they are not totally scammers :)

Wish I'd read reviews before I ordered!!! My emails are returned saying website doesn't exist!!! Beware folks. Looks like I've lost my £30.
