If I could give less than 1 star I would. This place is just robbery and nothing short of that. Customer service SUCKS you could literally find better service like anywhere. Literally anywhere. They do not care how much money you spend, who’s is at fault, what the issue is. They will stop responding to your emails. I ordered a shirt 2nd week of December and it was suppose to come January 9th. Days later no update on the item. The 9th comes and goes. I decide to email them on the 18th they have no idea what happened with my product. Then they email me back an hour later telling me they have the item and it was listed as “return to sender” they told me I made a mistake with my address. Yet I ordered 3 items earlier in the week and ALL of my stuff came. My addresses matched and they could not give me an explanation as to why it was returned to sender. THEY messed up on my shipping and tried to charge me so I can get the item re-sent then told me I can get store credit OR I can pay for the item to be reshipped. 300 dollar item. Free shipping is at 150. No mistakes were made on my behalf. Why didn’t anyone let me know my item was returned to the sender ? why was it returned to sender ? Why did you blame me for a wrong address ? If my address was incorrect why did my other items come but not this one ? Why did you stop responding without resolving the issue ? If I made no mistake on my end why should I be held accountable for shipping cost ? There are so many questions I have. Their logic is CLEARLY “we have the money and we’re not giving it back so take it or leave it” Ultimately, I paid the shipping fee because it was just draining especially after I started talking to myself. I emailed them and let them know I paid the shipping. THEY emailed me BACK...after I paid the shipping and said “there was an error on our end” If you ever feel the need to shop at feature PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I beg you to stop in your tracks....try ExtraButterNYC, farfetch, HBX, SSENSE. there are a bunch of other options with similar prices and honestly even the customer service is so much better. 0 out of 5 for me. BUT since HAVE to give them 1 star I guess it’s because they use Afterpay. Don’t be an idiot like me and buy it in full. Make sure you have your item before you pay these people your money. Because they’ll wait until they have all your money to start their bullsh*t

This place thinks they can take your money and not give it back ypu pay one price then they don't give it all back then gift you a gift card.. They take people money and except them take a give card.. My rating is to high they need a zero for a rating.. Becareful what you by because if you send it back you won't get ypur money back.. They are greedy.. If i was anyone I would not shop there.. You order on size and they send you a different size then when you send it back you don't get your money.. Please becareful i would not order from them again.. They sucks

This company is a complete rip off. Save yourself a lot of headaches and do not purchase from them. I ordered women's sneakers for my daughter for Christmas and I received men's sneakers. They screwed up the order and now they are saying that they will not give me a refund.

So Mad just another fb scam company. no one vets these companies that show beautiful cloths and shoes but not even god can help you get your stuff. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I made a return for a stained jeans and instead of a refund the give me store credit and told me thats a store policy.. Boycott this store please

Don’t order from them complete scam ! They changed my address on my package so I don’t receive the item because they probably sent something that I didn’t order . Didn’t give me refund don’t even respond to emails . Please don’t order from this scam Company !

Terrible customer service! This company scams the customer on shipping, returns and by not having the ability to speak with customer service on the phone. They offer no refunds, just store credit. They charge a lot for return label without allowing customer to use their own shipping method.
