I ordered in late October and was patient but ended up opening a ticket two weeks later because I never received any shipping information. Then I got a reply near thanksgiving that they’re working on it and it might be slow because of Black Friday even though I ordered a month before that at that point. I’m pretty patient so I’m like ok and then I reach out again a week later on status of my order and they respond another week later said they’ll forward my order in the queue so it gets here ASAP? Still a week later nothing so I ended up opening a dispute, and after a few days later I receive a computer response that they cancelled my order? So because a dispute is open now, it’ll take longer for my cash to come back to me then if there wasn’t because they hadn’t communicated anything. I’ve entered sneaker raffles here too with no avail so I’m just having a broad stroke of not even bothering doing that if that’s how it is just ordering a few items?

Lord have mercy I’m just reading reviews on this company because I order my son birthday pants on 12/18 and 4 days later still no updates, I even emailed they “customer support” and got no answer, but yet they keep sending me emails about other promos where tf is my email for my PAID ITEM! Oh no, I’m disputing this charge with my bank!!! I hate feeling like I got scam bad business ughhh

They ship 2 months after order was placed also items come in used condition.

Made 3 separate large orders for their black Friday special. They just never shipped 70% of my items. Contacted customer service and all all I got was an email claiming they're backed up from the sale. Today is Dec 21st and my orders were from Nov 24th! Had to file a claim thru my credit card. Horrible company, with even worse customer service.

Horrendous customer service. Placed an order on 11/24/22 and it still hasn't shipped as of 12/20/22!! You email support and all you get back is some canned response. They do not care about their customers at all. Such a terrible way to do business. Do not buy from this company!!

I wish I read the reviews for this company. Terrible service!! Still waiting on my order from 12/5. How they stay in business in unreal. If I could give them a zero I would.

Purchased 2 items on Black Friday. After 3 weeks they shipped 1 item and a week later they made the refund for the item. Not a serious webstore. DON’T BUY IN FEATURE!!!

cannot get a return authorization to return and credit for the boots i received.....too small & quality poor. 2nd request....UGH !!!!!!
