Feature is great and I love shopping with the company. Sometimes there are shipping delays, but other than that, I’ve never had a poor experience.

Terrible customer service. Wanted to return item and was told it was not returnable. Would not help in any way. Never ordering here again

HEADED TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AFTER WRITING THIS REVIEW. DO NOT BUY EVEN A PAIR OF SOCK FROM THIS WEBSITE. THEY SAVE YOUR PAYMENT INFO (FROM A PREVIOUS ORDER THAT WENT WELL) ,IN THEIR FILES,AND YOU HAVE NO WAY OF DELETING IT. PLACED AN ORDER BY MISTAKE, TRIED TO CANCEL NOT EVEN 2 MINUTES AFTERWARDS,AND WAS TOLD IT WAS BEING PROCESSED. NO PHONE NEMBER TO CONTACT A PERSON. I WILL EXPOSE THIS PLACE EVERY CHANCE I GET ON SOCIAL MEDIA,UNTIL I GET ME MONEY BACK..

I ordered 4 outfits and NONE of them fit! The website said they were shipping womens sizes and one of the shirts fit ( I ordered XL) and the other one was too small. I They shipped me mens 2X shorts and would not return or exchange them! $200 and I can't really wear ANYTHING I bought. NEVER AGAIN! Better off getting a knock off that is true to size.

I received my shoes in a timely manner, earlier than I expected. The shoes were in great condition. Thank you

When I wanted to change the order sizes I couldn’t I had to wait till I got my product and see if they still have the sizes. I asked for a refund and couldn’t get one only store credit. On top of a restocking fee. Experience wasn’t reasonable to me.

I like how fast I receive my orders

Tried to cancel my order within hours of making it. Customer service would not allow me to cancel after multiple attempts to try have my order cancelled they still refused. Very unprofessional and delayed responses. Item was shipped and delivered to me even after the attempted cancellation. Due to the international shipping costs I can’t return the item as it’s not cost effective. Leaving me with a product I don’t want and $300 out of pocket. I would not recommend or order from this company again. Terrible customer service.
