We booked flights with FBC travels, Jady was very professional and polite and did great work in finding us the flights as per our budget. I did checked the review of other people about their experience and I was very doubtful but I would say for me this FBC is very good and will continue booking my flights.

Looking to buy plane tickets to San Juan for this summer and saw ticket prices for $490 through FBC, so I booked the tickets. They called me 15 minutes later to say that the tickets were no longer available at that discounted price, but they said my options were either to pay the price through the airline (~$930), or they could give me a discount for ~$700-$750 (don't remember the exact amount). I told them to cancel my tickets because I was only hoping to spend the $490. I ended up booking the tickets through my credit card for $500 (originally $630, used $130 in credit card points). This company does a bait and switch as others have mentioned in their reviews. Do not trust FBC, look elsewhere.

Thirty minutes after booking I received a call stating that the airline had sold out of tickets at the price I was given. I was told that all other airlines were charging about $3,000 more than what I had booked. I was given the option to upgrade my seat (for a fee) or book with another airline for about $1,000 more. Based off of reading the reviews, this seems like the way this company works.

We booked flights through FBC Travels after finding them on a travel search engine site. We were very pleased with the service. We had questions during the booking process and Anna S. helped clarify everything and was able to find us a great deal on our tickets. We would use this sight again.

Are FBC Travel scammers? This was the first time I used FBC Travel, and the prices looked very good. I booked a flight, and a representative called me a few minutes later, saying that the airline had changed the ticket price, so I should pay $120 dollars extra to keep my reservation. I said I would not pay the extra, and they canceled my reservation. I returned to the website, and the original prices still appeared there. I contacted the customer service digital chat, and they told me that their website is updated after 24 hours once the prices change. So, It looks like they offer a low price, and right after the flight is booked, they call you to announce the price rising. Is this legal? Pretty quick and easy to buy the tickets. Customer service was easy to get ahold of and they helped with concerns and questions.

Did a nice job in helping me find tickets that are normally hard to find... very helpful.... Jason White did a nice job.
