Scam. When you book you don’t get your tickets. They try to up sell you with fear stating if you don’t upgrade you: 1. Will have to check in 4 hours early in person only. 2. Will be separated from family members. 3. Will not be able to bring checked bags. When you refuse to upgrade they never send you the tickets and ignore your calls. When I told him to cancel my flight and return my money he started using a disrespectful tone and told me he was going to cancel the flight and keep my money.

This company is a scam they tried to take my money and tell me that Delta airlines will not allow me to take any baggage I had to pay $200 more to be able to take any baggage in which they did not send me my airline tickets I waited 24 hours they did not send me my tickets they said it does not work that way the whole thing is a scam I called Delta airlines they said they have no restrictions on luggage even though you go through a third party and so I had to call my bank report the mess fraud thank goodness I got my money and now they are calling me trying to argue with me and call me names I had to block their number don't be scammed by this company go elsewhere!!!

When I had an illness and was trying to figure out what to do, he just stopped responding despite my few attempts to reach out and ask. At this point I will never be using this company again

IM TELLING YOU, DO NOT BOOK WITH FBC TRAVELS!!! Scam alert!!!! They do not refund at all even 30 minutes after you book. The price that they give you is not the true price when you get the ticket it’s gonna be a lot higher than what you thought you were purchasing it for. They do multiple transactions on your card that’s over the amount . You do not even get verification of a ticket up until 24 hours. I promise you’re booking at your own risk. Beware of sites like this.

I wouldn't use them. I got a flight to Italy for $700.00 but never received an e-ticket. I called and was promised to receive my flight itinerary but never received it. To sum it up, they want you to pay extra money to get the ticket because"the price is discounted and it is on hold unless you pay more" and they're skillful at confusing you. Sounded like calling a boiler room.
