Intentionally the FBC travels attracted people with very cheap tickets, after my purchase, they then called me saying that no baggage/no carry-on is allowed at this low price, but asked me to buy ticket at regular price. I refused and told them I would call the airlines to check about their baggage policy. Called FBC agent many times, was blocked first, and when I finally got through calling their 866 number, I was transferred to their Sr manager, who was still trying to get me into buying their regular priced ticket. After calling them several times, they finally said they wouldn't charge my card.

I had a bad foot (a cat bit me) but it's better now if I could still go on my trip?

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a total scam, you don't actually get a flight. They bait you into paying all this money, then add tac on fees, etc. Literally I have never been so scammed in my life, it was awful. Dont make the same mistake and get a ticket from here.

This company is a scam. I "bought" tickets, just like I would on any other site. They kept sending email stating my tickets were on hold. They also said they had tried to reach me several times - they never called me. They took my money and told me that Alaska Airlines will not allow me to take any baggage I had to pay $200 more to be able to take any baggage. They NEVER sent me my airline tickets. I waited 72 for the tickets I paid for, and no tickets. They said it does not work that way. The whole thing is a scam. I called Alaska Airlines and they said they have no restrictions on luggage even though you go through a third party and so I had to call my bank report the mess. Lets hope I get my money back.

This company bate and switches buyers. They then use non refundable tactics to lock you into upgrading false tickets to get the real tickets. We purchased round trip tickets. A rep called us later and told us that they were only stand-by tickets and we would have to pay an additional $150.00 per ticket to get reserved seats. If we didn’t pay more we would lose the initial payment since the tickets were non refundable. We could have gotten the flight cheaper directly with the airline. I would not touch this company with a10 foot pole!
