Customer Service is so rude. This company is a scam. They talk to fast, fast enough for you not to understand what they are talking about. Not even willing to work with customer. They don't mind taking your money without giving you a ticket. I would never never want to use this company. They are so used to the complain that they will even taunt you when you talk to them. It is not their first time to scam people. I won't be their last for sure.

Clearly a fake company for scamming. Offshore call employees with American names that call instantly after booking the flight saying nothings available and trying to scare you into giving them more money. They kept trying to say “let me talk to my supervisor” and come back with a “deal” which would lead me to spending more money. Watch Jim browning on YouTube and you will see all of their tactics for scamming

They changed our flight time and did not tell us until we got to the airport and called them. Instead of apologizing they decided to put the blame on us. When we said that we wanted to cancel and asked if we can get our refund they said no we will not be getting a refund and that we only get half of our refund if we book another day. Do not get your tickets from here, they are scammers and very good at scamming people
