They are not responding to help tickets. Faxes sent to me are not being received by me on fax deck. They have no telephone number for customer service.

Apparently this company is not in operation but yet still seems to be taking monthly debits from my account. I have not been receiving any faxes and they aren’t responding to emails. There is no other form of communication for them. I will be disputing all their charges!

No response after multiple attempts. Not receiving faxes for a month

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We haven't received faxes now in nearly 4 weeks. I've been reaching out to Customer Support, via email which apparently is their ONLY method, and no one gets back to you. Save your money and go elsewhere.

stopped receiving FAxes. trying to reach customer support for past 2 wk, no response. no direct communication.

I have not been able to receive faxes for almost 10 days. The information being sent to me is time sensitive. NO ONE from fax deck has responded to my multiple emails. I am going to be forced to close my account. Wish I could charge them for the cost to me to print new business cards.

They never reply to emails when the service goes down. I've been waiting 8 days for a reply to one of 3 emails and nothing yet they still charged my card yesterday for a service that isn't working at all.

No response (72 hours+ so far) to assistance for technical support beyond a confirmation email that the request was submitted to Faxdeck.
