good quick prompt service reasonable prices

One of the rare times I actually WANT to leave a review. This order started off on a bad note. HOWEVER, the customer service rep of this company has shown me that some companies LOVE, CARE, and WANT to help their customers. They resolved my issues, delivered and EXCELLENT product and provide amazing service. They were FAST, FRIENDLY, CARING, and HONEST. I would buy again from them and more. They were GREAT to do business with. Thank you so much.

Robin and Elena were great to work with and provided excellent service.

On the last 2 jobs: Job 1: I have received 2 cast iron tubs (1 with a an extra hole in the bottom and refused shipment) the replacement tub was damaged under the corner of the wooden crate. This was not noticeable until the tub was taken to the 2nd floor and ready for installation. On this same job a drain had a broken plastic piece that made it unusable. Job 2: ordered a double vanity; marble top came cracked.

Robin Was OUTSTANDING ! in processing my order and keeping me informed on the order status ! Outstanding product, very reasonable price, excellent customer service ! Will recommend to all of my friends and family !

The product I received was as promoted... I received my order promptly and I am very satisfied....

I found the hard-to-find part to change the direction of my shower so that it not sprays straight down. I ordered the part on Sunday and received it on Thursday, no charge for shipping! I would use Faucet Town USA again and recommend them to everyone.

GREAT PRODUCT
