Faucet Town USAReviews of faucettownusa.com

Great service. Prompt delivery.

Picture of item looked much better than the item itself. Cost of return was too much.

Arrived before the delivery date in excellent condition.

I ordered on a Thursday and website said awaiting fulfillment. Friday I was out of the country and didn't have access to dial the 800 number. Thought by Monday or Tuesday website would be update but still said awaiting fulfillment. Since I was in a hurry to get item I sent an email Wednesday night. Found out Thursday that item was shipped on Tuesday and out to be delivered on Thursday. If website had been updated I wouldn't have been in panic mode all week!

I ordered an upscale toilet seat, and it is exactly what we had in mind for our bathroom project. However, one of the hinges had a slight loose feel about it, and I notified Faucet Town of the possible problem. Faucet Town asked for specifics, and a picture of the hinge in question. Without any hesitation, Faucet Town ordered a replacement part from the manufacturer to correct the problem. A+ service!

Very nice material and construction, fast shipping, very professional packaging and the lowest price at the Faucet Town USA. But, beware that the displayed picture of the item is incorrect. The manufacturer, transolid, displays the same picture in their web site. The same misleading picture in amazon.com, walmart, and a few other places. This needs to be corrected.

love it works great

No problems exactly as advertised and easy to use with updates on shipping
