I placed my order 3/1/19. Order#9100992 for Dawn double towel bar. Tracking #774611425065 . My order was supposed to be delivered 3/11/19 , I’ve not received anything???

On the last 2 jobs: Job 1: I have received 2 cast iron tubs (1 with a an extra hole in the bottom and refused shipment) the replacement tub was damaged under the corner of the wooden crate. This was not noticeable until the tub was taken to the 2nd floor and ready for installation. On this same job a drain had a broken plastic piece that made it unusable. Job 2: ordered a double vanity; marble top came cracked.

This is the worst company by far. First off if you make a purchase there is no confirmation that anything went through. Money was taken from my account, 2 weeks later I had heard nothing. I called to find out what the status was of my order, and also to get tracking information when my item was shipped: The lady whom I talked with was clueless of their company. I know for one their items are shipped from the maker not them, she had claimed it was coming from their company directly. Anyway she was supposed to send me tracking info so I could have someone available at my home when my item arrived... She had said my item had shipped that day and was coming from Fed Ex. So she was sending me all the tracking info. Instead I received my order total in an email, That's it. I emailed them 3 times and they refused to give me any info. I find out 5 days later that my item had not been shipped the day they told me but had shipped 5 days later. I signed up through Fedex delivery to find this information on my own. My review is do not order from this company if your looking for honesty or an organized easy purchase. The whole process has taken far longer then it should. If you have 3 plus weeks to wait when your money is taken immediately then go ahead and order. I will never order from here again.
