I ordered on a Thursday and website said awaiting fulfillment. Friday I was out of the country and didn't have access to dial the 800 number. Thought by Monday or Tuesday website would be update but still said awaiting fulfillment. Since I was in a hurry to get item I sent an email Wednesday night. Found out Thursday that item was shipped on Tuesday and out to be delivered on Thursday. If website had been updated I wouldn't have been in panic mode all week!

Very nice material and construction, fast shipping, very professional packaging and the lowest price at the Faucet Town USA. But, beware that the displayed picture of the item is incorrect. The manufacturer, transolid, displays the same picture in their web site. The same misleading picture in amazon.com, walmart, and a few other places.This needs to be corrected.

you are not not vet frendly

My rating reflects the delivery method and condition, not the product. My delivery arrived yesterday with the box mangled and totally open, with half the box just left leaning up against the other half. I haven't yet been able to inspect it thoroughly and am just hoping none of the parts fell out of the box. Wish me luck.

Product was not actually instock as they order it from a distributor who was also out of stock. I had searched the internet for a online retailer who stocked and even tho they said they had 2 of the sinks in stock that I needed for a client.. they had none in reality. they did remove immediately the ebay posting after I mentioned this to them.

A serious problem with ecommerce is the lack of communication. Although we received the order it was 28 days between order confirmation and the UPS delivery at our door. After receipt of goods we received two final emails advising or order had been shipped. These folks need serious help in order fulfillment and communicating with their customers.
