Excellent Customer Service before, during, and after the sale.

This company goes out of their way to satisfy a customer. I give them 4 instead of 5 stars only because the "harvest gold" they advertise is not a good match for the classic color from the 60s and 70s. It's more "harvest green". In fact, the photos on the website show 2 different "harvest golds" depending on whether or not it's plastic or wood. The Avocado on the other hand is right on the money. So my experience was both good and bad. However, Faucet Town was very understanding and more than made me whole and I would not hesitate to order from them again. Nobody paid me to say that.

We are remodeling several rooms in our 40 year old home, including 3 bathrooms. We ordered the first shower door and it arrived about 1 week later in excellent condition and installation went very smoothly. As the work progressed, we ordered the second shower door that wound up broken while at the carrier's location. The carrier notified Faucet Town USA and us that it was being returned. Faucet Town immediately sent a replacement door that arrived a few days later in great condition. However, during installation, one of the door panels shattered as it was being put in place. We notified Faucet Town and, after sending them a couple of photos of the damage, they have already started the process to ship a replacement panel at no cost to me! I will definitely be contacting Faucet Town in a few weeks when we are ready to do the work in the third and final bathroom. Robin, with Faucet Town's customer service, is most helpful and available to answer questions. Great vendor to work with!!

I'm a contractor who has been dealing with this company for many years now. I have not once had any issues or a bad a thing to say about them. They make it simple and easy to place and receive orders on time every time. I highly recommend them for all your kitchen and bathroom needs.
