FastSpringReviews of fastspring.com

I've bought a book "Neo Soul guitar" which costed me 17.99$ at 21 of July 2019.The product contained PDF and supplementary audio files, which were located on their website and were available for customer to download anytime.Recently I entered as a customer to a website using my link sent to me via email and the product was erased completely and gone.So I wrote them an email(containing receipt and other purchase proof documents screenshots) to a support service and then the whole mess started - they started endlessly redirecting me to other emails(probably false)claiming that the current email is "no longer monitored".The process went on and on four times I think till I posted my claim on support department on their website.Guess what, their answer again was to post to a new email that I suppose has been generically spoofed by the company.Avoid purchasing anything from this service - they will never refund you and will get you frustrated posting to a non-existent made-up emails....

Personally, I had a very positive experience with the Fastspring customer support. A software I bought and for which Fastspring processed the payment was charged twice off my bank account. I contacted Fastspring customer support as soon as I noticed it (fsprg.nl was mentioned in the payment reference) and was contacted first by Trevor, who then referred me to Paul for this specific matter. The communication was very clear, helpful and friendly and I always received an answer within hours. In the end, Global Collect Support indicated an error on their side and Paul immediately arranged the refund of one of both identical payments as soon as the problem was all cleared up. Mistakes may happen and when they do, this is my idea of a good customer service.

The very best payment processor I've tried quite a few payment processors but none of them was nearly as good as FastSpring. Their product is outstanding, easy to implement and huge help for a small business selling products and services Worldwide. A bit expensive but worth every dime. Their customer support is also exceptional.

If you're lucky enough to have your transaction happen correctly, you'll be fine but expect no support. If your transaction does NOT go through, even though the payment happened successfully, your money will be stuck in hell. I managed to successfully confirm trough the seller that they considered the order as failed, but they never released the authorization for the payment nor answered to my emails (I literally sent them 4 both from me and amazon pay) for 14 days. Absolutely not recommend if you can avoid it.

THE MOMENT U SEE FASTSPRING PLEASE CLOSE THE SITE ASAP AND CHANGE ALL UR PASSWORDS. I HAD AN UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTION OF $900 USD OUT OF NOWHERE AFTER I VISITED THE SITE. LUCKILY I CALLED MY BANK TO REVERSE THE PAYMENT. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

They thief my money and dont reply to my ticket is a scam site dont use that service

Be very careful when you buy anything that involves this company they will add a subscription to your purchase and not make it obvious or give you an opt-out, now paid twice for useless software. Update: I open a support request before posting this review "Support Case Number 00884050" and it was rejected within 4 hours how very efficient still out of pocket.
