I NEED A REFUND PLEASE I tried to sign up for some freelance online jobs but their system would'nt sign me in ulnless I ticked the part to subscribe with Fastspring. Since a $0.00 subscription fee showed, I clicked on it, only to find that it was $0.00 for the first month and $56.35 monthly from my paypal account. I got no clue what I was supposed to be paying for. Trying to get hold of support has been extremely difficult. The freebie for $0.0 was deactivated on 2021/05/13. I just need for the money to be refunded please.

MERCHANT REVIEW: Gosh where do I start, first off. Avoid fastspring there are such better solutions out there. You dont get an account a manager, so if you have a issue expect day or week reply times. They just send canned responses. Their awnser doesnt even help you. They refund payments 8 months after the customer has paid, I'm talking about $1000 payments. If you get a paypal dispute, they auto refund it no questions asked, they dont ask for you input just auto refund... Lots of payment declines without a reason. Terrible coupon system, extremely basic. Like it took them a day to create. Terrible product system, no way to apply a setting to all products, you have to do it manually. Terrible reporting system, you cant even view payments by country or anything basic If you even try to find a customer via say @hello.com it doesnt bring up any transaction you need to search directly via order id or email address. This is bad as sometimes they provide incorrect email address then you waste your own time to request order id etc. The customer has to do a ticket box to agree to FastSpring terms of service and privacy policy. Why? At the end of the day, fastspring feels like a product from 2015.

Unable to process a payment after changing the billing from monthly to yearly, and currency from EUR to USD. I have been going back-and-forth with the vendor using FastSpring for days now without success. The bank claims no payment notification has been issued by FastSpring, FastSpring blames the bank. EDIT: I am no payment processing expert, but from a quick Google search I see that "acquirer" is a bank representing the MERCHANT, and not the buyer. I am once again redirected to my bank, when the problem is on FS end...

Loving the experience I had with FastSpring. Had a issue with a payment. They quickly helped me out. Thanks FastSpring.

Best payment gatway

Tried to signup for ahrefs.com, got an error message telling me to contact their support. I did it, and their support was unhelpful, telling me there was an issue with the payment and to contact another company, FastSpring, which handles billing/subscription related things. I did contact FastSpring, and they basically told me that they don't have control over their automated anti-fraud system. So I cannot purchase ahrefs' services. Why? Because I'm using a US bank account/card while in another country, which flagged a few of their automated anti-fraud system. We are in 2021, we have people constantly traveling, even during the pandemic, we have expats, we have digital nomads, etc... this is a ridiculous reason. When this happens to other companies, like hellobonsai.com, for example, their support team can double-check whatever they want with the user, then whitelist the user themselves. This is ridiculous.

I bought a weeks licence for a conversion programme and they then went and took a full payment out ..there is nowhere on the site that says they will do this ...BEWARE After being asked by Fastspring to give more detail I will follow on by saying that the product did work well but I only wanted it for 2 things and didnt need a full licence..The site says "buy a licence for a week " nowwhere could I see that you had to cancel something after the week was up ..when you buy smothing for a week you only expect a week ...if it had said a week free but you have to pay if you dont cancel I might have thought about it ...but it doesnt
