Fast Passport got me my passport back in 2 Days!!!!! Saved my summer vacation. I just followed the steps that David laid out & it couldn't have worked any smoother. Very grateful for their professionalism & help getting this done for me.

My daughter had an international trip coming up in a few weeks and her passport was expiring. I worked with David at Fast Passport Center and he was able to get her a new passport within one week! He always answered the phone whenever I called and he gave very clear instructions on what we needed to do. I appreciate how smoothly everything went and I highly recommend their services.

As soon as I emailed the company inquiring about services I was forwarded to Mr. David Donovan. He immediately called me to explain and answer further questions. A mistake came up on FedEx’s end which delayed my passport getting to me, after resending the application they told me it’ll take about 5 days to process and ship, I resent April 11th and received my passport April 18th.. if you do the math and don’t count the weekend that’s exactly 5 days! Now granted I didn’t need my passport until May 3rd so if it wasn’t for FedEx’s mistake I would’ve been had my passport sooner because that’s how fast this company is! I am so pleased with the communication and they exceeded my expectations. I never thought I’d have to do something like this and I’m thankful I ran into this company. Whenever I had a question they had an answer whether it was via text or phone call. They really live up to their name: Fast Passport Center, 10/10 recommend! Thanks to them my son will join me on my birthday vacation. I can’t thank everyone enough!!!

When I tell you dave went above and beyond the call of duty , it’s an I understand . I had an emergency and my passport was expired by 7 years . I was told by everyone 4-8 weeks . I called the state and the nearest appointment was in New Orleans . I live in south Florida Found Dave and not only did he get it done , he got sooner than I was told. Great service and great value. I worked with Davidd from the Philadelphia office. He provided excellent instructions, and explained the process and guided me to the documents I needed to complete. Once I had everything complete he sent email telling me when to expect my Passport and I actually arrived earlier than anticipated. He was a pleasure to work with and I would recomment this passport service to anyone in need to a quick turnaround. BA

I NEVER write reviews, but felt compelled to write this review to thank David at Fast Passport Center. He helped us get a passport for our daughter in less than two weeks when we really needed the help. Then a few months later, we found ourselves in a bigger emergency. I had already applied for two passports for my daughter and son. All of a sudden, the processing time increased from 7-9 weeks to 10-13 weeks. But the passports were already in process, so I didn't know if I could even start from scratch or what to do. I called David and he was AMAZING. While I was in anxiety-ridden panic, he patiently explained how the system works, what my options were, and how he could help. He never pressured me. He was not "sales-y" at all. Just a very helpful resource. He was also accessible and communicative throughout the process. I referred a few different people to him and they were also very happy. Yes, some of the services aren't cheap, but if you're in an emergency and you need help, you can trust David and Fast Passport Center. They are reputable, credible, and effective.
