VPN was not enabled when it claimed to be, kill switch did not work. I do not trust this VPN, it is worth the extra $20 to get surfshark. Customer service to get a refund is horrible. error occurred on the first day of use, and it has been two days of going back and forth with customer service for a refund with no success. Update: the response below sent the same message as all prior "support" messages, I am fairly sure it is automated.

When any issue is faced, the customer service is quickest to reach and they go above and beyond to resolve the issue. One star lesser for having to contact customer service frequently. There is stability issue time to time. But overall Happy for the price paid for lifetime subscription.

Update 21/9/24: Apparently the account termination was a 'technical mistake' and they reactivated my account. So that's good. Original Review: I bought a ‘lifetime’ subscription in 2021 and today they terminated my account with no explanation.

It appears that they are running a subscription scam for the monthly subscription. The advertise this as $5 per month and billed monthly at $5. This is certainly not the case. After you are a customer, you then get an email about three weeks later (mines went into spam) advising me that my monthly subscription will be taken in 7 days, but will be $8. I agreed with $5 not as a new customer offer or anything, just at what they advertise. Spoke to agents who said yeah it’s $8 a month after the first month. No where does it advise this on ANY PART OF THEIR SITE. Now they also won’t refund even though they advertise a 31 day guarantee on their website, another scam alert. Raising a section 75 and also reported this company and payment provider. EDIT - asking me to email them on the below message knowing that there is already emails - they are refusing to refund me in the 31 day guarantee that they offer - also refusing to cancel my current subscription - offered me a $3 refund to reflect the price difference that should be the price anyways - totally shocking service and everything about this company is total scam Edit 20/09 This has not been cancelled nor refunded. Was advised that $3 dollar was refunded and good will gesture. When it’s not a good will gesture it was an entitlement to what I should have been charged. Subscription is still showing active online. Awaiting refund of the $5 for the 31 day guarantee offered and also the $8 taken after requesting of cancellation. Edit 24/9 No you have refunded $8 only and not the $5 also. I am not editing my review as it’s an honest review and can show the steps it’s taken for me to have something rectified. Don’t tell me to edit my review!!!! You don’t even deserve a one star review for the subscription fraud you are doing and your total shocking service.

I had contacted FastestVPN before to good effect. Here my computer and VPN and everything WiFi all crashed, I was frustrated and a bit desperate. Natalie send one set of instructions, didn't work, but when she sent again, all went well and all services restored. Still not entirely sure if this was FastestVPN or other problem, but appreciate her sticking with it! 5 stars!

The daytime support team is better than the on-call team that works at night. I recommend that you request support during normal business hours and they will serve you very well.
