Hi David, Please be advised that our team enabled the Guest Checkout feature for your account which will now allow the users to complete their online purchase without signing in to a FasterPay Personal account. You may check further information about this through ticket #AT-220308-TSRZ. By default, signing in is required for your users to allow them to use the Top Up and Pay feature of FasterPay. Hi Joshua, Thank you for your good words about our FasterPay app. The deposited funds are normally reflected in the e-Wallet balance immediately. However, in some cases, it might take 3-7 business days for the topped-up funds to become available. The time depends on the deposit currency, bank processing time, and the bank's 3DS Authentication. We can see on our records that you topped up your account on 24-Feb-2022 – and six days later, on 02-Mar-2022, the funds became available and were already used.
