The Shipping System Is Very Confusing And The Tracking Information Needs To Be Updated As The Orders Move In Transit. I Had My Orders Split Up And I'm Waiting On The 2nd Order. At This Point...I Want A Refund On The 2nd Order. Every Time I Check On The 2nd Order It Says, "Check Your Internet Connection." Patiently Waiting!!!

Don’t let them fool you
I’m pretty convinced a lot of these reviews are written by the people that work for this company. They will take your money and then you’ll sit there waiting for your item to be shipped just for them to tell you it’s out of stock. Customer service is awful, I talked to customer service asking for a refund on one of my whole orders and they told me it would cause them to lose money??? Not to mention I asked to cancel one of my orders since it was taking too long and I paid for express shipping and without consulting with me they shipped half of it out and told me the other half wasn’t available.

Weight on products
Weight on products, charges on shipping is more of what it should cost. Check your products weight and is way less of what your are getting charged on shipping amount. I bought products that said 100g and I weight them and is. 37 g other products said 220g I weight it. Too and is 10.20g.
People you are getting stolen in shipping weight.

If I could give them zero I would
If I could give them zero I would. I ordered my items on November 4th. It is now December 11. I ordered priority shipping which would come within 7-15 business days. Ok. I never saw an update with my order. Finally on November 19 a shipping label was created. Again no updates. Finally, I get an update on December 10 that my package has been VOIDED. I called UPS they tell me that FASHION TIY cancelled my package. However, at the same same customer service at FASHION TIY tells me that my item is in Vancouver and there’re is a backlog so I will have to wait longer. They are still giving me the run around and not admitting that they cancelled my order without notice! Now I am requesting a refund they decide to offer me a coupon with $30’off a $500 purchase. Seriously. Oh and they said that due to the backlog they decided to change my tracking number and my parcel will miraculously be delivered to me by next week. They are still ignoring and refusing to return money. They are a deceitful company. I should have gone with my gut feelings. Keep your money and do not spend even $1 with them. It’s a shame.
