We are a factory wholesale platform that mainly serves commercial customers such as wholesalers and retailers, and also provides corresponding services for individual customers and drop shipping customers. We are putting out more energy to provide better service to our real customers, and have no energy to refute negative comments about individual competitors or picky individual customers. If you have any questions, we suggest you communicate with your account manager before making a judgment, unwarranted suspicion does not make any sense for your business development. Thank you for your understanding.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We are a factory wholesale platform and all orders are shipped with trackable international logistics. Due to the remote geographical location of South Africa, the freight charged by the logistics company is much higher than that of European and American countries. We can only pay the freight according to the requirements of the logistics company. The freight of orders is calculated by weight, not tied to the price of the product itself. In addition, the current international logistics is always in a relatively tense situation, and the freight charged by logistics companies continues to be at a high level. This has become a global problem. Thanks for understanding.

We are a manufacturer wholesale platform, and all products are at manufacturer wholesale prices. For products of the same quality, our price advantage is obvious. Our customers are all over the world. Due to the inconsistency between the market and customers on product quality requirements, there are indeed very few customers who give us negative comments. We still communicate with customers sincerely, hoping to eliminate any unpleasant problems. This is also a problem that any platform will encounter. For your question, we suggest that you pay for a trial order to check whether the product quality and shipping time meet your requirements. Thank you for your understanding.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Your order is shipped via FedEx and DHL, and the tracking number can be viewed in the order details. You can also track the progress of the shipment on the official websites of FedEx and DHL. It should be noted that due to the recent surge in orders, the processing time of some orders was forced to be extended. The warehouse department is stepping up to optimize the order processing process and will resume the processing time of 2-6 working days in early June. We value the experience of each customer, and for the current shortcomings, we will step up improvement in order to provide customers with better services and products. Thanks for understanding and waiting.
