It arrived very fast, faster than I was expecting. Packing was excellent, I note that because it is a glass like knob. It looks great, even better than expected. The skull in the black knob is striking. Rich black color on the shaft, it's elegant as well as really cool looking. I'm already looking on the site for another new one to start a collection. I am extremely happy with all aspects of this purchase and I will be purchasing more.

I bought 5 canes and had them shipped to Italy to my parents. I paid for international shipping according to the rates on their website. The Italian custom emailed me after several days declaring that the paperwork was insufficient and incomplete, consequently they had stopped the packet. I called Fashionable Canes and told them to take care of the problem, to refund me or to talk to a manager. They refused to do all of the above and declared that now I was responsible for the shipping. I am disgusted with this company, if I buy and pay for a product I expect to enter in possession of the product, not to have to be in charge of the shipping or the problems deriving from bad filing of paperwork from their part.

I have 5 canes from this company and each one is beautiful, unique, and made of the best quality. I think a cane is a necessary and wonderful accessory that should compliment a mans appearance. I receive numerous compliments. Support staff was helpful as usual. Thanks.
