Fashionable CanesReviews of fashionablecanes.com

I want to register my profound disappointment with the commemorative plate I recently received for the cane I purchased. I had ordered an elaborately fashioned plate, expecting it to be seamlessly affixed to the cane. However, upon arrival, the workmanship was highly questionable. The plate was completely flat, lacking the necessary curve to properly conform to the cane's cylindrical shape. As a result, when it was haphazardly affixed, four prominent edges protruded, making it unstable. Inevitably, the plate detached from the cane. Unfortunately, due to extensive travel today, tracking and recovering it will be extremely difficult. I had hoped for a much better outcome, and I am extremely disappointed with this shoddy workmanship.

The system didn’t add an item to my order when I placed it so I went ahead and ordered the extra item, but I was charged shipping! Why not just bundle it with other items.

My cane came in damaged. I spoke with customer service, she did as much as she could. The replacement cane she was going to send was also damaged. I ultimately had to paint the damaged part so it wasn't noticeable. Apparently, your company doesn't offer a percentage refund for damaged products.

I thought the cane was really a walking stick.

Pretty cane but I was disappointed in the strength of the cane. Seems flimsy. I don't like that it also makes a metal sound when touching the floor despite the rubber /plastic bottom. I would not buy from them again.

The shop itself was fine, easy to navigate with reasonably fast shipping to Aus. The quality of the cane purchased was poor.

The sword and handle of the cane are of great quality. Unfortunately the base (which holds the sword portion) is made of plastic, therefore giving it a slightly “tacky” presence. The sword while in the sleeve does move around a bit while walking with it. Other than that it is a great cane that is very functional and pretty awesome.

Good quality strap, but ridiculously high shipping charge for a 2 ounce item.
