Bad business practices. I've had several canes purchased through this company and just had two more canes fitted and purchase. Originally was only supposed to be 1, but they hacked up the first cane terribly that I had to send it back. I was charged for their mistake and poor quality service, so I've only received a partial refund. Although I experienced this poor service, I gave them another chance, so I ordered another one and it came to me 2 inches too short. Out of frustration and feeling scammed, I'm going to have to take this on the chin, which sucks because both canes were very expensive and I haven't received satisfaction from customer service. TERRIBLE!! Feeling scammed.

The company provided sizing instructions. I used 2 of the suggested approaches and had my husband help me with measurements. Then I ordered my expensive cane. It arrived way too short. They won't give me my money back and charge a restocking fee for an exchange only. Plus, I thought the design covered the full cane, but it covers only the top. The cane is too light to support me. Go to the local pharmacy for a better quality cane at a much cheaper price.

I bought the hummingbird offset cane and it was defective. The cane is not not stable - it is wobbly and rattles when you walk or move it around. I am not sure if it is defective or just a very cheaply made cane. I bought a similar cane from Walgreens for half the price and it is a much more stable cane and easy to walk with.

While very pretty, the aluminum cane is VERY unstable and wobbles. When contacting Customer Service I was told there is a set screw to adjust the wobbliness. There is no set screw or if there is, one would have to destroy an integral part of the cane to get to it still rendering the cane useless. Users would be better off purchasing a plain wooden cane. And the return/ refund policy just plain sucks given the faulty appliance. Make no mistake, this is an appliance and NOT an accessory no matter how pretty.

Ordered 2 canes and bank flagged it as graud

These walking sticks are poor quality copies of UK Neo Walk who work hard for the disabled commnity. I feel bad for them being copied, colours, shapes the lot. They've even jumped on the MS collab Neo Walk did and are copying that. I bought a obsidian helix light up from Fashionable Canes. It does not light up and came with weird marks all over it. Can't get the rubber bottom off. I wrote to them asking for a refund but told no. Customer service was terrible, te mail I got back was so rude. Honestly don't know how this company has stayed in business. AVOID AVOID

Ordered cane paid for shipping that was guaranteed in 2 days delivery and received cane 5 days later. Asked for return in shipping and denied 3 times. Last response from fashionable canes was “ if you needed your product earlier you should have ordered it earlier “. They denied refund on shipping fee again. When someone pays for something they expect to get what they pay for. This is not how you stay in business. False advertisement so be careful who you use

Returned this item to fashionable for a refund . Item was received and notification given that refund would be processed in 3 to 5 days. It has been almost 10 days and I'm still waiting for my refund of over $250. There is only 1 person answering the phone and the logistics of how this business works is ridiculous. It seems there may not be more than 2 or 3 employees total so if you're looking for anything timely customer beware. I certainly would never do business with him again.
