Customer service is horrendous. Sent in tax exempt information and never heard a word back. Received my flail mower and was missing nuts and bolts for assembly. Again reached out to CS and never heard back. So far l like the mower but if anything goes wrong I will probably never hear back from CS.

I got a Disc hay mower. The shipping crate was very strong and arrived in perfect shape. However there were no assembly instructions, except some pretty vague mentions in the manual. The mower cut very nice for the first 5 acres but then I had trouble with the drive axel heating up due to being pushed out of its sleeve and pushing against to cover. I was able to push it back and reassemble the bearing and the lock key washer. However after another few acres the same thing happend. I also lost 3 blades in the first 5 acres. Probably due to grass wrapping? I think this machine is too cheaply designed.

The 63” is right at the being to large for the 23hp Kubota tractor but taking your time I’ve found a happy medium. Well built and very easy to service. A bonus is the fact of the color match for my tractor! Also I really appreciate the spare parts included in the initial purchase.

Purchase of the PTO chipper shredder went smoothly and tracking of shipment on time and well done by transporter. Although some detail was lacking in the installation manual, most of the assembly was easy to figure out and can be put together by one person. But most important was performance which exceeded my expectations! Using a small tractor with 18 hp PTO, it chipped our branches easily. I was impressed as well with user-friendly engineering like access to the cutting wheel for maintenance and zerk lubrication points for the bearings. Finally, using a 6-spline coupler on the chipper itself allows one to swap between PTO shafts of different lengths for use of the chipper with different tractors. Well made!

Good product. Reasonable price. The delivery was a little challenging. The user manual is lacking. Example is check gearbox oil. Doesn’t say how to check gearbox Oil level. also the diagram of the gearbox does have a note that says this is not a diagram of your gearbox. This is not particularly helpful. Otherwise very satisfied.

Well made product. Quick shipping. Well packed, boxed. Half the price of big green. I was leary at first. But wouldn't hesitate to buy other equipment from farmry. Did take some assembly bolting together and I needed winch on my atv to access under flail, for bolting on yoke, flail weighs 800lbs. Nothing complicated though.

The packaging and delivery was in the stated time frame. The Truck driver was helpful and courteous. I was pleased with the price compared to the other competitor’s.
