A great machine (tsb 60 snowblower) at a great price. Responsive and helpful customer service with Scott. I will purchase more implements from farmry in the future. Especially a flail mower in the spring.

Your delivery and creating were great. The lack of any precise directions were troubling. The fact that I had to purchase another part for my PTO to make it work was troubling your service man was thoughtful kind, and return his calls or text had to consult with other people for answers.

I've been meaning to reach out to customer service, so I haven't given them the chance to help out with these issues. I'm hoping to increase my rating after some support. 1. The assembly directions were non existent. Other than a tiny parts assembly model in a frustratingly curled up manual left in the "tube", you are out of luck. I had to take a picture of the picture to zoom in, but still not enough information to figure it out. 2. The design does not allow enough room to fasten the 1-1/8" skid frame bolts with a socket and wrench. There is so little clearance on some bolts, that a box wrench is your only option. Even then, you have to rotate the box wrench every half turn to make any progress turning the nut. 3. The handle and shaft that rotates the "throw" is not trapped. The shaft keeps falling off the U shaped socket and falls off. 4. The design of the rotation of throw is horrible. Vibration cause the angle of throw to change based on vibration. You start out throwing at 90 deg., but eventually it rotates back to the cab. 5. I spent more time unplugging the chute than snow blowing. Not sure what the issue is, but it was very frustrating. 6. The leveling pads are so small with such as small surface area, they dig into uneven ground and make a mess.

The folks at Farmry were great to work with! I had a question about my purchase and crating of equipment shipped. Friendly Customer Service and no problems what-so-ever, even with the refund for the Lift Gate Service that was not needed in the end. (I picked up my crates, myself, from the transportation company.) The only "complaint" would not be with Farmry (thus the 5-star review), but whoever builds the "Assembly-Required" equipment they sell. (If they asked for a review ... 1-star.) Assembly instructions are horrible when it comes to identifying particular pieces and bolts/nuts resulting (which did) in disassembly of the equipment once you later figure out "these are the wrong bolts here and those should go here" ... and thank goodness for the hi-res pictures from various angles on the Farmry website!

Good product! Shipping unloading instructions should have been included. Snowblower unit and packaging is NOT on or ATTACHED to a Pallet. Unit Must be lifted by ALL 4 corner brackets or lifting EYE on center of gravity which is covered up by polyethylene wrapping! Unit was shipped just setting on a wooden frame, not attached, nor capable for lifting!

I receive the item 3 days after I ordered it. This was my second purchase and I am very happy with the products.
