My order was shipped in a very prompt fashion. The package arrived without damage and the local shipper was fantastic as well. The quality of the TSB48 snowblower was better than expected; I know that it will last for many years. So far it performs great!

Constant communication on shipment and arrival date. Great price compared to competitors. Worked great after install on initial testing

Great Customer Service There was a mixup with my order, and Farmry, and Scott in particular, was great! He communicated frequently with me about the solution, and ultimately delivered the right machine to me personally. I was impressed with such a level of customer service in this day and age!

Good build quality.

The flail mower arrived! Be patient it’s a big ocean. The crate was intact and when I get around to opening it this spring I hope it’s complete. Delivered with 10” of snow on the ground. Needed to use my front loader to get it off the truck.

I can’t honestly give you any kind of rating based on the fact I’ve yet to receive my order. What I have received is lots of excuses.
