All in a very nice experience. When product isn't readily available some correspondence would have been nice. I had to reach out to get an answer why it was outside the 11-14 days for delivery. After that everything was handled very well and efficiently down to the actual delivery.

I can't say enough about the Farmry customer support team. I wrote about a PTO replacement for my SG24 stump grinder through the messenger. The response was within 24hrs, let me say that I didn't expect a response at all, due to my past experiences with other organizations. Scott called me, not write me back and inquire about my issue, he determined that it may have been an equipment failure. He immediately got my information and shipped a new PTO free of charge! Folks let's be honest, we just don't expect much from companies anymore. Farmry organization prove that a customer can rely on them to stand behind the product! Big thanks to Scott, and the Farmry Team!

The chipper itself, went together without issue. When I tried to connect the PTO shaft to the tractor, it was too long (after being told there would be no issues attaching it to my tractor, specifically asked). I called to ask about a shorter PTO shaft option.... Crickets!! So, I cut 3 inches off the shaft and was able to operate the chipper. AND, I am very impressed with the unit. Farmry after sales support is lacking, which cost them 2 stars.

Regarding the PTO shaft, our units are supplied with standard-size PTO shafts designed to fit a wide range of tractors, and in some cases minor adjustment may be required depending on the specific setup. That said, we’re very sorry for the frustration this caused and for the lack of response you experienced when reaching out. We appreciate your honest comments and will continue working to improve our after-sales support experience.

They got my ag exemption in system fast. I ordered and 10 days later I had my equipment.

The welds pulled in especially the seat had to use a grinder to make adjustments. Quality control should have caught this instead of just slapping a sticker on one of their more expensive products.
