Quick and easy. A little trouble following the tracking information as the carrier changed and didn't update excpected delivery date. Being a large item that need a tractor to offload it would have been helpful to have accurate delivery information but when we called she was able to track item and have drive contact us for delivery.

Delivery of my grinder went exceptionally smooth. I was kept informed right up till the truck arrived. Crating of unit was professional, Assembly was minimal. 2 large maple stumps later grinder worked well. 2 carbide teeth loosened and one needed replacement (need to inspect more often). I also noticed an issue with pto drive shaft. After contacting service manager it was determined a new drive shaft was required. It was delivered a few days later Farmers seems to be a caring company

Works well on fresh cuts up to 4 inches but anything bigger (4" to 5") I have to cut the branches/logs into short pieces to prevent it from bogging down. Chip are nice and consistent in size. Wish the out-put chute pivoted left or right but it's not a deal breaker. Overall I have roughly 12 hours of use but so far so good.
