Never received product and I suspected I wasn't the only one. My order was cancelled after a couple of days even though I received my confirmation email as shown below: Hi [NAME], Thank you so much for your order! We are getting ready to package it up and send it your way. We will provide you with updates along the way! If you need help with your order or have any questions at all, just reply to this email. We want to clarify what happened here for anyone reading this review. The item referenced was not a standalone product for sale. It is a free gift-with-purchase item, which is only added automatically when a qualifying order threshold is met. Free gift items do not ship on their own. In this case, no qualifying purchase was made. The cart contained only the free gift SKU, resulting in a $0 order total. Orders that do not meet the purchase requirements are automatically cancelled and are not fulfilled. An automated order confirmation email can be generated at checkout, but all orders are reviewed for eligibility before fulfillment. Since the required purchase conditions were not met, no product was shipped. This was not a pricing error on a listed product. We do sell cooling towels through normal purchasing paths, and we are always happy to help customers place valid orders that meet purchase requirements.
