So happy to hear you were able to get back in the garden this summer and we could provide the sun protection you needed.

It makes us really happy to hear the sun hat worked well for you on the boat and that your pruning shears have held up over the year. As a small business, feedback like this really means a lot. Thank you again for your support!

Hi there, we’re just now getting set up on Trustpilot and came across your review. We’re so sorry for the experience you had. It looks like your order was placed during a period when we were unexpectedly overwhelmed by a large wave of orders after the Live with Kelly & Mark feature. As a small business, we unfortunately fell behind in both shipping and customer replies at that time, but we did hire additional team members shortly after to make sure this doesn’t happen again. We truly never leave orders unshipped, so if your issue wasn’t resolved back then, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll make it right right away. We’re very sorry for the frustration this caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Hi MJ — we just recently got set up on Trustpilot and came across your review. We’re so sorry for the experience you had. Back in that timeframe, we were featured on GMA Deals & Steals and tickets ended up overwhelming our small team. It caused unexpected shipping delays and slower replies than we’d ever want for our customers. We’ve since added more support staff and made big improvements to prevent this from happening again. We truly never leave orders unshipped, so if this was never resolved, please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can help right away. We really appreciate you taking the time to share this and are sorry again for the frustration it caused.

Hi there — we just recently set up our Trustpilot account and are catching up on older reviews. We’re so sorry for the confusion with your order. Around that time we were including free gifts with certain purchases, which may have caused some misunderstanding. We’ve since made that process clearer on our site. We truly appreciate your feedback and are sorry for the frustration this caused.
