There was a mistake with my order. I called to notify them and they promptly took care of the issue. Very timely response. It was much appreciated! Great service, great company. Love their products

Best gloves (gardening or otherwise) I have every bought. Got the Rugged leather ones in forest green. so nice. perfect fit. gonna pre-order their winter ones! staff is absolutely helpful.

The quick response time and acknowledgement of my issue was very refreshing.

I found them to be a quick acting and responsible business. I placed an order with Farmers Defense where I mistakenly ordered too much. I alerted them at once and within an hour they responded (with a bot, but still). The next day (on a Sunday no less), they not only replied but corrected the problem. I am quite happy by all that.

This was my first purchase with Farmer’s Defense, and I am pleased with the quality of the products I ordered. Their customer service is exceptional!

I recieved 5 star customer service, extremely responsive. I have purchased several products from them and have never been disappointed.

Customer service was SO helpful after a mishap during shipping (that was not their fault at all)
