I’ve made 2 orders with this company and both times have received excellent customer support. Responses to my inquiries have been very timely and the exchanges I’ve needed to make have been easy and quick. The 2 UV Zip Hoodies I’ve ordered have been of excellent quality and very comfortable and for which I’ve received numerous compliments.

The customer experience was great! and they helped me with the order.

Ordered 3 gloves and 1 apron. 2 gloves received and they're not the correct color or size. Contacted Customer Service and they're worthless. I have yet to receive a return label, or my refund. They keep giving me the run around stating that they'll "follow up soon". 0/10 recommend, will not order from them again, nor will I purchase their products in the future.

Adapted from what I sent Farmers Defense directly. Here is the summary: May 6: placed an order. May 11: automated email letting me know the order was delayed. I appreciated the heads up. May 19: I followed up as I hadn't heard anything more. I was told that one of the hats I ordered was no longer in stock. I was given the option to remove that item OR substitute it for something of equal value. I requested a substitution for a different pattern of the same hat. You instead removed the item from my order. I flagged that I had requested the substitution. You offered to cancel and replace the entire order. I requested the cancellation/replacement. Instead, you processed the partial shipment and offered to generate a second order for me to rectify. And then simply sent me a second invoice of what I could have done if I ordered a second order myself (no shipping fee offset or adding the original free gift I had qualified for). Because I had promised the item to someone, I placed the second order. So at this point: I've paid 2x shipping. Since this is an international order, I'm also paying double brokerage and double COD fees. I'm not getting the hat that was originally in stock when I placed the order. I'm not getting the free gift I originally qualified for (which was the reason I added the sleeves). You could have resolved this by: fulfilling the order as originally placed, OR substituting as you had offered, OR cancelling/replacing as you had offered, OR covering the cost of the second shipment. You did none of those. I will not purchase anything from farmers defense again. I will discourage anyone else from doing so. I will post a 1-star review on Trust Pilot outlining these details. I do not want a response. I hope you consider this email when reviewing your processes.

I needed to do an exchange for a smaller hoodie and had some difficulty completing the return/exchange online. I called and left a message with the helpline and received a call within 5-10 minutes. It took less than that amount of time to resolve my issue. Daian, my Customer Service Rep, was efficient, friendly, and personable. I would strongly recommend Farmers Defense, not only for their products; but also for their excellent customer service.

I love my Venture Sun Hat. I use it at the beach, at the pool, and I’ll be taking it with me on safari. Maybe I need two? I love the light top and the lightly padded brim - it protects my face and neck incredibly well. I am particularly fond of the opening for my pony tail, which gives me hair options.

This is my second order with Farmer Defense. Very well made products and customer service is excellent.

I order sleeves j over a month ago. When I order there was these a couple deals that popped up. I didn’t even realize I ordered more. I trued calling. And started sending emails. When I did get through I was told it shipped. When I looked at the tracking. The shipper said waiting on package. And we would do a return. Which was cool. I thought if they would have answered me sooner. Anyway that ordered started moving. The last time it was scanned it was 400 miles away. I later found out it was 20 miles from my house. And I was struggling trying to contact this vender. They eventually sent me another order. And corrected the size. I figured I’d send back the first order. I never got it. But I did get the replacement. The whole tome i had no clue if anyone was reading my emails. Cause it seemed like each one it took a day or so to get anything back. The other day i saw a email. It said thank you for my third order. And what i saw was it was over 100$. Heck i barely opened the one they sent me. And I didn’t order a third order. I knew they did. As a curtesy. But I was never given notice. So I sent several notices I didn’t place this order. Now it was pending close to two days. O get a email explaining what i knew. And after i said I didn’t want this order. It was cancelled in 15 minutes. Yet when I first tried to change my order. They said it was shipped. When I saw it wasn’t. Now I could of just let the order cone to me. But I got my order. All I wanted was fir them to understand we most often have no clue who the shipper is. And this one dose not ship to P.O. Boxes. My original order got with in 20 miles of me. They didn’t start a investigation i did. And I found out this shipper dose not deliver to PO Boxes. It has to be a physical address. Even though when i put my physical address. Many times this shipper will take order to post office. Second communication.i never could get through in the phone. And leaving emails. Would take as long as a coupe days. The product it self is nice. But trying to tall to these people can be tricky. If it wasn’t for that. I would if gave them 5 stars. I would of sent the third order back. Cause I didn’t order it. And no one told me we sent it. Plus when I first saw it i saw a cost of over 100$. Everyone was polite. And seemed like they wanted to help. But cause if the delay. Help was always a day or so to late. Other then that the sleeves are nice. But i really haven’t put them to the test yet. Heck I might use them when i ride my motorcycle this summer.
