I’m so impressed with this company! Third time ordering from them. I’m an avid gardener and had the hardest time finding a glove that was supple enough to work in yet didn’t fall apart within a few days. I finally tried their leather garden gloves and I won’t need to look for another! They’re the best! I also ordered their waterproof gloves which will be so helpful when watering the animals this winter. The sun hat is perfect for our hot Tennessee summers! Just ordered their bee blossom sleeves and gloves! The pattern selection is incredible, but it’s the quality and comfort that is #1 with me! Also, appreciate the sales!

This is the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced. My shirt arrived with some small spots on it and I emailed customer support. They responded within minutes and are replacing the shirt. Amazing! And also, I LOVE this shirt!

Second order from this wonderful company. There was a quality issue in my recent order that I felt would become an issue. They immediately made it right. I e-mailed a two part question. Within hours I had complete answers to both parts with all the information I needed. (They also sent an immediate e-mail immediate e-mail to let me know that they had received the query.)

I talked to customer service several times as I prepared to order. I was initially frustrated at the lack of available patterns and sizes on the products I wanted to order, then I was having some giftcard issues. Customer service chat was very helpful, timely, and also gave me a code for an additional 15% off. After I placed my order, when I was doing my weekly check on my credit card transactions, I noticed the entire cost of the order was charged to my card, and the giftcard was not used. I reached out to customer service by email. Prompt communication, and prompt and consistent follow up. We were able to track down the giftcard number, and once they confirmed it, they issued a refund for the amount of the gift card. Also very pleased with the products I ordered. :-)
