I ordered four items December 10, 2024, I received three of four, six days later. I unfortunately did not realize at that time that one of them was damaged. When I went to wrap my Christmas gifts I discovered the damaged one. It was sold and packaged that way because the missing piece was not inside the shipping box. I sent an email at this time on December 21, 2024, to the email address on their website. I have yet to hear back from them about the issue. I was hoping to communicate with them about options. Now it's been past their 10 day deadline, so I am guessing they would not even let me return at this point, even though I contacted them within 5-6 days. To make matters and the whole experience worse, they randomly canceled sending out the final 4th item I ordered! It was still for sale, so why? I will never again order from this horrible company again! I recommend everyone to do the same.

Went to Rockton farm and fleet in Rockton IL. The company I work for had me repairing a piece of equipment that needed a fitting for a hydraulic hose coupling. I found some fittings, but the one I needed was not there. I asked a young guy if there were any other places to find fittings. He said he did not know, but would find out. He called on the radio and the person on the phone said it was the only place to find fittings, in the store. So I thanked him and looked myself. I found the fitting myself. There is several places in the store that has fittings, just took me a half an hour of time I did not have

This company puts things online, at a clearance price, but has no idea if they even have it. And worse, it took THREE WEEKS for them to let me know , that they no longer had it. I ordered 12 different packages of spring bulbs from them. A week later they wrote that they were out of one type. But still there were 11 others. Then over 3 weeks, they continued to tell me, oops we don't have that one either. And so on. Actually they had none of them. When I called them on this, their excuse was really weak. "We can't know what we have actually. " Does it take WEEKS to figure out ? Also, I ordered boys shirts for Christmas gifts. It is now dec 14th..... and still i haven't received them. They were ordered 3 weeks ago. I would never recommend this company, unless you were standing inside the store to buy it. Their online store is undependable. It took them days to even answer my email asking, where are the shirts ?

I had a tire with Hazzard insurance on it that needed to be fixed. I dropped it off as they couldn't get to it immediately. I called to make an appointment for thurs to have the tire put back on as I was driving with the donut on. Joe told me I wouldn't need an appt and that they would squeeze me in because it would only take a few minutes.I came in and there was a guy that bought a battery.As he paid for it Austin asked if he would like it put in as he had a tech that was available that could do it right away. The guy said no. It was my turn. I asked if they could throw my tire on. He located the tire and said I would have to make an appt. I explained Joe the manager told me to just bring it in. He said today is Joe's day off so he wouldn't be able to do it himself then he snickered. In the time it took to argue about the tire this guy could have had it on already. On my way home I called the store and asked for the store manager. I have had all of my tires and repairs on my last two cars in the last 14 yrs done there and I was upset. Dan was very patient and listened as I told him how disrespectful Austin was not only to me, but about his manager. I explained how is there the time to potentially install a battery but not a tire. Dan patiently talked me off the ledge and while talking to me walked to the service dept. He asked the tech to squeeze me in which he gladly did. The handling of this situation has shown me that they really appreciate my business!! Thank you again Dan and Brett for reminding me just why I only go to for my car service and tires!!

Ordered items online.No notification of order number. Called number given. Said incomplete order.Reordered .Hour and a half later emailed with a note saying items are unavailable.Then why even advertise them??No way to run a business.

The Auto Service Center is full of people who do not know how to do their job. Ask them one thing and they say they can't help you. Manager was not helpful. Do not come here!

Horrible customer service...rude and not helpful.... Bought a product and the pictures of the product displayed certain contents and then when received they did not include the same items. Contact them and they stated that the description was correct...pointed out that the pictures they are showing stated and showed differently and while they acknowledged this, stated I could send it back at my own expense!! So they acknowledge the pictures show and states one thing but the written description states something else and offered no help in returning the item and continue to use false pictures to advertise the product (no one reads the details of the description...we go off the product package you are displaying which clearly stated what the contents are). False Adverstising and when caught, admit it and do nothing about it!

Had or truck in for alignment twice so far and it still squeals going 25mph in curve. They will not refund the money, but they say we are free to find another service provider. We took a look while truck was lifted and sensor that goes on the wheel is not properly centered on the wheel. Service manager said that all of them are properly trained on how to use the machine. Never going back.
