I scheduled an oil change online for 44.95. Went to appointment and was told about 45 minutes. When I went to pickup car, suddenly it was over $65 dollars. When I questioned this, I got all sorts of excuses about website etc. I think people ought to think twice about going to Blains. They are not very honest

I ordered 2 pairs of men’s jeans, I was kinda worried about ordering them after reading the reviews. But my experience is awesome,I got exactly what I ordered. I got tracking and arrived on time.

If I could give one stars I would. My very first time at going to this place. I looked up online and it stated it opened at seven. When I got to the store. The doors were open so I entered all of a sudden I had some lady from the front screaming at me ma’am ma’am, we don’t open for another 20 minutes you have to leave and I explained to her I said OK but you’re online states you open at seven and she rudely replied to me. No, it doesn’t. We haven’t been those hours since Covid. I cannot believe the kind of customer service that your general managers give what a shame I will never be back.

Company had amazing customer service before I even placed my order and answered questions as soon as I placed it. The item I ordered came in extremely fast and the tracking numbers were accurate. It came straight from the factory and in brand new condition. Not sure how anyone has had problems with them by this page. I was weary of ordering but am so glad I did! I bought my item for $100 off any competitor even the biggest name stores who have a “price match guarantee”. Will definitely use them again for anything I need.

Employees are ignorant and not service oriented. I keep saying I will never go back and when I need something specific to Blain’s, it is just new unengaged employees. I was buying an item from them that had a 1 star review. Looked flimsy. Told the clerk I was concerned. She said, ask the check out clerk, Fleet Farm has a money back warranty. “Bonnie” looked irritated when I broke her away from a chat with a buddy to check out. Asked her about the warranty. She nearly barked. There is no warranty! No one should have told you that. I said the item had a 1 star review. She said, well some people are just never satisfied. I asked again, if it breaks in 30 days do I get the money returned. She snapped back, well ok. Keep the receipt. I was paying with a CC. Do they hire people raised by wombats? NEVER AGAIN.

I've been scammed too!! My order has never arrived. The tracking number they gave me FedX states its not mine it belongs to someone else. I contacted Blains and they said that it's in Lenexa, KS since 1/16/25 but FedX says it's not there. Blains says I must talk to Corporate Office and they will get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. Doesn't take them that long to charge my credit card!

Do not buy anything from these guys. It's a joke. I ordered a ice maker. Got it it was used and dirty and didn't work. I sent it back its been weeks still no refund. They have been giving me the run around for weeks.
