i was told i was to receive $38,000 and…
i was told i was to receive $38,000 and got $3,400. I took the agents word! She never even looked over her own paperwork!!!!! She never took any responsibility for her mistakes!!!!

Best Mortgage Experience Ever
Amazing experience in securing a reverse mortgage. My loan originator was patient in explaining types of reverse mortgages, and walked me through my decision making process. His comprehensive knowledge of the process helped as I gathered required documents. The communication lines were always open and my loan officer responded quickly to every question. Thanks again for making it as easy as possible for me.

The person I talked to had me down in…
The person I talked to had me down in the wrong City. I asked her to change it & she never did. My last name is also wrong. When we were talking her phone kept going out & she didn't call me back. If there were no stars that would be the better fit my experience. You lost my business. I'm going with a difference bank
