Dear Customer, Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to write to us and express your grievances on how our service does not meet up with your expectations. We have checked your reservation and found that there was a schedule change from the airline's end. One of our representatives spoke to you on the 18th of Sep '22 and gave you an option that was available for the 27th of Oct'22. As per the call recording you accepted the option and we went ahead and made the necessary changes. And on 19th of Oct'22 we received a call again to change the last name of the traveller but unfortunately as per the airline’s policy it is not permitted and we advised you the same. We then provided you an option to book a new flight since the airline will not allow you to use the ticket but you denied so no changes were made to the booking. Please understand that as a travel agency, we do not have any control over the airline's policy. We’re more than happy to do a conference call with you and the airlines to avoid any confusion. Since we have now received a chargeback with the bank for the ticket amount. Hence this case would now be handled by our Chargeback team in coordination with you and the bank. Nonetheless, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our aspiration is to keep you as one of our most valued customers, hope to hear from you soon. Sincerely, Farescan
