I purchased (2) tickets and the representative DID NOT tell me that he sold me a NON CARRY ON ticket (had never heard of that before). I would not have purchased that type of ticket if I'd known that. It should have been communicated. Cost me an extra $65 because I couldn't even take a bag on the plane with rollers. Very disappointing service

No wifi no tv unless you pay 4 dollars....for internet, no streaming....for 1/2 an hour worth of wifi. Delta....free tv movies and wifi....get with it united. So disappointed. The only thing worth buying is a drink to numb the pain(because full wifi access is 15 dollars!!!)

My purchase of airline tickets through Faremont.com was quick and efficient. The customer rep. was friendly and patient. She ensured I got my traveling itinerary and stayed on the phone while I checked that information was accurate.
