My original experience was okay, Immy from Faremart wasted my time with trying to change a flight but after over another 1000 dollars later... I’m able to return to the states at the time that I needed. My experience with them is okay, but I probably won’t use in the near future again.

Five mins after buying the ticket I got a call, and the Rep stated the price went up by $20 dollars. Compared to the overall ticket price it wasn't much, but I prefer to pay the price that's listed and not some excuse that their system was delayed or heavy traffic, and it wasn't updated to the latest pricing.

The representative my husband spoke with to book the flight was top notch. He was extremely helpful, including helping me navigate what I needed to do on my computer to authorize the credit card payment. However, it took a while for the email confirmation, which stated that I would receive my e ticket within a few hours. Several additional phone calls, with a promise of an e ticket within 6 hours. It took 4 days for me to receive it.

Carl was good but did take a little longer I had a 200 dollar voucher from United and he couldn’t find it right away but overall he was helpful and friendly.... I would recommend giving Carl a little raise maybe or a spa day
