Response from Faremart.comMay 31, 2019

Dear Traveler, We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We tried to connect with you, unfortunately there is no response of our call from your end. We spoke with WestJet Airlines for flight number WS7493 operated by Delta Airlines which was delayed for 12 mins and as per WestJet Airlines for flight number 6403, they offered a alternative option with Air Canada Airlines (Flight number - AC 8092) without any charges. As per WestJet Airlines, you were accommodated by the airlines and you were not liable to pay any charges. If charges are being paid to the airlines, kindly provide us the documents for the amount paid to the airlines so that we can investigate and provide the best possible resolution. For any further assistance, please connect with us at 1-844-307-7306 and ask for SOD to help you in any case we can. Thanks and Regards Reservations www.faremart.com 1-844-307-7306
