Senon gracias es egxelente el servicio

Very helpful and pleasant to talk with. I was also able to understand his English.

Anna was outstanding! She was so helpful and went above and beyond for me! She made a very stressful situation not stressful at all! So so good! I really appreciate when I get someone who is patient and kind. And she gave me stellar customer service!

The Faremart agent that I was served by to straighten out my reservations with Canada Air was a gentleman named Darius who said that he was from Kashmir in India. Darius could not have been more friendly, helpful and totally efficient in solving my travel issues. You should be proud to have someone like Darius represent you as the face of your company. Sincerely, Stephen W. Whatley

Robbie was excellent I haven't had anyone treat me so well and go so far out of the way to get me the deal that I was looking for. I didn't appreciate all his time and patience with me and helping me and getting the tickets at the price I was looking for. Thank you all very much thank you Robbie

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I never got a confirmation email, so the night before, I tried to call and the number was disconnected. I called frontier and they said they never received payment so I didn’t have a seat. My husband finally got this company on the phone and they said there was no flight available and they tried to call me, but couldn’t get in touch with me (strange that they couldn’t leave me a voicemail or send me an email). The only flights they could find me were literally TEN TIMES THE ORIGINAL PRICE. So now I get to book for five times the original price, but I guess it’s better than what they’re offering me. I am FURIOUS.
