It was an awesome experience.

Immediate response and very helpful, clear.

My unaccompanied minor got lost in an international airport because of booking errors. We paid a chaperone fee..and there was no chaperone...luckliy we found him. Zero stars.

She was nice and knowledgeable. I asked her many questions she answered all.

It was a great customer service rendered by Monica Malhotra for rescheduling my ticket from Charlotte USA to Singapore. Knowing my constraint of not having a local contact number at the US, she held on to the call for a longtime until the ticket issue is confirmed.
