Air fares were agreed on in writing, then 1 hour later comes an email and says "sorry rates have changed." And the ticket prices had "doubled." what a rip off.

It was a nightmare situation. I was going to watch my daughter sing in Sydney Australia. And I screwed up my tickets. These guys were professional. Courteous, good at their job!
