Had to make a last minute flight and Jose helped me secure a reservation at a best price. I’ll be booking with company again.

It’s nice to get a cheap ticket, but when I booked it, I had to wait 5 days for the confirmation. I emailed them and the agents, but they still didn’t answer. One of them said, ‘You will get the confirmation after one hour,’ but I still didn’t get it.

good communication. got my ticket on time

FINANCIAL FRAUD This company used my creditcard on several online gambling and apparel sites a week after I gave this company my creditcard info. I also began to receive hundreds of notifications that my card was attempting to be used. I had to cancel my card while traveling.

Jessica Davis helped me book a flight last minute at a great rate. She was responsive, pleasant, and very helpful. She made sure that I made my flight and also that I had landed safely and that everything was ok. I appreciate all she did for me and will definitely use her services in the future.

I’ve gotten multiple flights from Paul Smith and every interaction is easy and very convenient! I will continue to get my flights from him! Every person I have spoken to is very friendly and helpful as well!

Paul was such an amazing help! He provided multiple options, was patient, went above and beyond in providing flight options. The only downside was that our names were incorrect on the boarding passes but Paul called the airlines to make sure would could travel smoothly. Loved my experience!

All the agents have been great to work with. I def was skeptical at first but I have booked over 6 flights with them now. I almost Dont want to share my secret! Trust the process. They are great with follow up even after your flight.
