Just was unaware that you have to wait until the day of to get you boarding pass, which is why they only received 4 stars on my behalf. Have he had good customer service and helped find the right flight suitable for you. And the prices are affordable.

Price. Otherwise very stressful. Tickets are not available till 24 hours before departure. You question if you were scammed. Return ticket boarding passes can take longer and again the stress level is elevated and you are worried you might not have a return flight. You call the airline and they tell you no you don’t have a return ticket. Panic sets in. Then you finally get the email with the boarding pass.

Jessica provided excellent customer service. She was thorough and professional. I did have to really work to get my TSA number added, when she was off shift, but in the end it got done too. Waiting so late for my ticket was nerve wracking but now that I did it once, I will be more patient. Again, Jessica was super helpful.

Very unusual process being delivered with confirmation numbers and boarding pass just a couple hours before the flight ( I even got one 30 minutes before boarding ) .The good news are that Jessica Davis dedication covers up for this as she is so responsive and act upon any issues very quickly , in real time , making sure everything works smooth until your complete arrival at destination.For my domestic flights I consider Jessica my travel agent of choice
