I was in the process of moving , by driving, In the last moment I decided to fly .. a day before .. I was check for flights which were very high, on my google search Fareease came into play. I book the ticket online “ the fare was really low , so I was a little skeptical . My confirmation number never came in . So I called in and spoke with one of rep ,name Jose Gonzales .. He was very kindhearted , He explained the flight was sold out .. so I understood their process , Jose found me an other flight that was cheapest out of all that I saw… I paid$209 from Florida to Pittsburgh Jose gave his word that my flight will be confirm by the time that I need to leave .. his promise was kept and Jose followed up with me to make sure all was well “ Great experience .. I was a little nervous at first ..But they’re still Great Kindhearted people and Companies , in this amazing World we live in .

My wife recently needed to travel from Philadelphia to Miami and back. Representatives Jose Hernandez and Pablo Hernandez did an excellent job, and their attention and care were meticulous. We are grateful to the company and to these wonderful agents; keep up the great work—traveling with them is an excellent choice.

Is your customer service/ I give Jose a 5 he been always checking on me if everything is ok. I was having hard time try to go online but jose guide me thru what to do. Jose did a amazing job. He checked if I got in my flight ok extra. I had a good experience I was calm &feel safe

I’m booking my tickets every time though them! I got the tickets half off at the last minute… it was a little different because it’s through email but it worth it… I was skeptical at first but I’m glad I did it ask for Jose Hernandez!

Mi experiencia fue muy excelente con el señor José Hernandez cada vez que he solicitado sus servicios muy amable

Very unusual process being delivered with confirmation numbers and boarding pass just a couple hours before the flight ( I even got one 30 minutes before boarding ) .The good news are that Jessica Davis dedication covers up for this as she is so responsive and act upon any issues very quickly , in real time , making sure everything works smooth until your complete arrival at destination. For my domestic flights I consider Jessica my travel agent of choice

I booked through this website right before renting a car to travel to Texas. I paid for it and was questioning myself for doing that. I was told to wait patiently for the boarding passes but I was so scared. I thought it was a scam and called them 15x, while also calling my bank. A gentleman called Jose Hernandez, who had a strong Indian accent and spoke both Spanish and English helped me. 2 hours before the flight I received my boarding passes. I couldn’t believe it. My husband and son were able to travel in time and I’m still shocked. If you want to use them you have to have a lot of patience. They will send the tickets just before you travel. I saved $900 on 2 tickets and I’m extremely thankful.

Fareease was great for my last minute flight. The best price out there. Josef was excellent to work with. He helped me find the right flight made sure I received my tickets and followed up several times until I reached my destination. I would recommend fareease!
