Classic bait and switch. I purchased a ticket that was listed as "pending" after I paid with my credit card. I called customer service and was told the promotion was oversold. I was then offered a ticket at 4 times the price.

This agency shows clear signs of being a scam. I made a reservation for a ticket that was listed for less than $300, but less than 24 hours later, they called and emailed me to finalize the purchase details—only to tell me that the price I had seen was no longer available and that the new price was over $1,100. This is obviously a deceptive business.

I attempted to purchase airfare advertised at approximately $326 for my family. After providing my payment information and receiving a booking confirmation marked “pending,” I was later informed the fare was unavailable and was offered replacement flights for approximately $1,899.98 instead. Although my card was not charged, I believe this business practice is misleading because consumers are induced to submit payment information based on fares that may not actually be available. I am concerned this may constitute a bait-and-switch airfare practice. I am requesting this matter be reviewed for potential deceptive advertising and consumer protection concerns.

Scam and Cybercrime I booked a ticket but never received a confirmation. When I reached the company by phone, they argued about changes to the booking and demanded exorbitant additional fees. Immediately after that call, unauthorized charges appeared on my card: $1 from Australia, $1 from Portugal, and $15 from Colombia.

FareEase is a scam company! Purchased a ticket for a family funeral was not able to make it because the ticket was never confirmed. They claimed the advertised price was oversold ;yet they still charged credit card. Then offer to give me another ticket for additional fee that was double the price of the original ticket!!! Still have not received any information about my refund! Please if something looks to good to be true it is! This is a scam company out of India that registered their company y I Wyoming to appear American!!!

Scam!!! When you get to the airport to check in the confirmation code is not valid! Had to repurchase the ticket double the price!!

It’s nice to get a cheap ticket, but when I booked it, I had to wait 5 days for the confirmation. I emailed them and the agents, but they still didn’t answer. One of them said, ‘You will get the confirmation after one hour,’ but I still didn’t get it.

FINANCIAL FRAUD This company used my creditcard on several online gambling and apparel sites a week after I gave this company my creditcard info. I also began to receive hundreds of notifications that my card was attempting to be used. I had to cancel my card while traveling.
